Before surrendering your dog make sure it is something you need to do.

I have seen time and time again situations that could be easily fixed with a small bit of work, you could keep your dog and work through the issues.

Sometimes you are in a possition to be forced to surrender your dog through cercumstace beyond your control.  In this case. you may fill out the surrender info. or contact me to let me know of your cercumstance and if we can help your dog we will.  I strongly advise before considering putting your dog to sleep (euthanasia) you contact me regarding your dachshund, it may not be necessary to do so.

As we are a non profit org. and you are surrendering your dachshund we would appreciate it if you could have your dachshund spayed or neutered and vacc. up to date if at all possible, to save us on costs so the dogs in diar need of funds(vetting) can be saved.  Without funds in our account we cannot help those who really need vetting in large amounts.  We understand that not everyone will be able to do so but if possible please help us out so we can help you.
